This is a quick hot sauce rather than a fermented one but it’s still pretty good.
>1 small can of chipotle peppers in abodo sauce
>4 cloves of garlic
>1 teaspoon liquid smoke
>1 teaspoon sea salt
>1 cup distilled white vinegar
Take the peppers out of the sauce and cut them into chunks, removing the seeds if desired. Put them in a blender or food processor with the whole peeled garlic cloves, salt, liquid smoke, and vinegar. Purée until smooth, bottle, let it sit in tbe fridge overnight.
