Has anyone had any experience with eating weeds or naturally growing plants?

I needed to get rid of the burdock trying to take over my lawn... and... I'm sure I didn't prepare it right. How long do you need to boil this stuff for? I'm sure the snail's still laughing at me.

Afaik, burdock roots are eaten (sold in asian markets) but I never heard of eating the leaves.

Don’t eat it. If a snail touched it, you’re high risk for parasites. Eating rabbit food is going to give you rat lungworm and it’s not worth it. Those little niggers kill 200k people a year.

I have eaten young hosta leaves from the backyard. They are pretty fucking good, and if you have a bunch of them you just keep trimming them down.
