That's a factor, but if that where the the whole truth you could avoid hangovers all together by just staying hydrated - which isn't the case. Everything else he said is pretty retarded, as is his way of typing, but it's true that vodka is the best for avoiding hangovers, as it's usually all the other garbage and impurities in alcohol that give you a hangover. That said, if you can get a handle for $12 that doesn't give you a hangover you're lucky. I can get a handle for $8, but the cheapest one clean enough to keep me functional is $13 when it's on sale.
