I just drank 2/3 of a bottle of this, and I barely feel anything.

Tasted good though. Approximately how many drinks are in one bottle?

>>12295269

nevermind it literally says it on the bottle, I'm retarded.

I bought the weak one. Fuck.

Anyway, general soju thread.

damn unlucky, one bottle of the 24% is pretty comfy but I try to buy the soju that doesn't have sugar added

>>12295316

I will for sure next time, anon.

I'm feeling the comfort though. Just finished the sugar shit, feels like I just had a couple glasses of wine.

are you underage? not trying to be rude, it's just pretty common knowledge that any alcoholic beverage will have percent alcohol by volume on the bottle somewhere

no, I'm just dumb. my mom calls it adhd, but I know better.

It is 13% and 3.7 standard drinks per bottle.
The unflavoured Hitejinro Soju is 17.8% and 5.4 standard drinks.
That said, the flavours are delicious.

Here in Vegas, Greenland market has a pretty legit selection. Good prices, too. Although I am partial to Korean BBQ.. tend to do my boozing at home since if I'm eating out I'm usually driving.

I moved from little Korea in Sydney to buttfuck nowhere two years ago and I REALLY miss soju.
Good thing I learned to make makgeolli.

No, they only have orchestrated mass suicides in name of their cult leade that controlled their politicians like puppets.

Almost all soju is literally distilled grain alcohol (>95% pure ethanol - i.e. Everclear) that is diluted and flavored with mostly artificial flavors and sugar (or alternate sweeteners like xylitol or stevia). Actual traditional soju, which is brewed only using rice, comes in fancy bottles and cases and tastes very different from mass market soju.

>> No.12295431

>>12295427

where I'm at, I only have access to the mass market stuff. What's the best one to buy ?

>> No.12295437

>>12295427
Soujo is better than Sake because rice spirits are crap.

>> No.12295441

>>12295431
It just comes down to what types of artificial flavors you like. That said, they're engineered in labs for maximum palatability and drinkability and basically the expressway to full blown alcoholism. S. Korea has one of the highest rates of alcoholism and deaths and disability caused by alcoholism, and soju is the drink of choice for nearly all alcoholics there.

>> No.12295446

>>12295412
Only sissies drink the fruity kind.
Man-wolfs drink Jinroh (if you're Korean or Japanese you'll get the joke).
>>12295418
IIRC Soju is capped at about US$2 a bottle by act of government. How could anyone want to kill themselves under those conditions (leaving aside the rampant literal feminazi interest groups and celebrity rape clubs).

>> No.12295453

you're supposed to mix this with beer and drink at least 10
