Jolibee fried chicken is fucking delicious. Especially the spicy chicken. And the mango pies are awesome as well.
However, Filipino spaghetti is one of the worst things to ever come out of combining cuisines. Truly disgusting on every level.
Pancit Palabok is pretty good, depending on who makes it. I've good and bad (and very bad) versions.
Lumpia and Chicken Adobo are pretty universally good, you have to really be a bad cook to fuck those up.
