You should make yogurt out of it without boiling it first and feed it to your kids.

You're internal biome with get overwhelmed with bacteria and you will get sick. People who eat/drink "raw" dairy products have done so their entire lives. Don't be a retard, you're not Amish.

I usually fuck with this stuff. It's pasteurized but at a low temperature so it affects the taste less. I've never had raw milk but I imagine this is as close as it can get while having 0% chance of getting sick.

I'm a truck driver and stopped at a farm that was advertising raw milk and drank a litre of it on the way home. I didn't get sick nor did I notice any particular magical effects. I've continued to buy it because it's more creamy than store bought shit and it still hasn't made me sick.

Ive tried raw milk from 4-5 different farms here in New Zealand, and in my experience its just a meme.

Firstly, the quality of standard store milk here is world class so the difference will be subtle to begin with (as compared to say USA where the store milk might be grain fed whereas the raw is pastured so the difference would be far greater, which might get chalked up to the milk being raw when in fact its just a better quality cow, feed, product etc).

Secondly, theres nothing magical about raw milk, that is just a marketing gimmick. Tonnes of yoghurt is 'raw' anyway. Its just basically standard milk you get in the store that hasnt been very quickly heated. Thats it. Nothing special or magical or life changing.

The biggest difference is it not being homogonized, but you can just buy far cheaper non homogonized milk at pak n save even. And you dont have to drive our to the countryside and pay a ridiculous price to semi legally purchase milk. Also in my experience it spoils WAY quicker compared to normal milk.

Imo its just a meme. Pasturization is fantastic, and has saved so many lives. What you lose during the process (some enzymes and possobly 'good' bacteria, along with a very small amount of vitamin content is easily made up for in terms of price, safety, shelf life, accessibility, etc

If you want a more natural milk, just buy non homogonized organic whole milk. Even pak n save stocks lisas organic milk now (pak n save is New zealands cheapest supermarket), or lewis road milk etc

If you have ready, easy access to it, and you dont mind the health risks then sure its probably ever so slightly better than just normal whole non homogonized milk, ut if not, dont feel like you are missing out on this amazing thing

The development of pasteurisation was one of the biggest medicinal achievements ever and reduced mortality immensely.
Take that as you will.

Supposed to have more beneficial enzymes and bacteria but it's also more likely to make you sick. You can probably get the same benefits from eating unstrained yogurt or drinking kefir without the extra risk.

I do prefer raw milk, but i think that it is pretty overrated.

the pasteurization process involves mere seconds, and the temperature doesn't reach anywhere near boiling point. pasteurization really doesn't destroy anything.

It says Jersey milk on the front. I'm assuming the milk came from Jersey cows. Their milk is known for being yellow because it has a higher amount of fat than most other cow breeds.

Yogurt is fermented at low temperature, which is why you really really don't want to do it with raw milk. Shiga toxin is nasty shit.

I dont think there is any point to drinking raw milk.

Use for cheeses, however, is a completely different matter.
