At my ex's place, quite a few.

Not including local celebrities and sports people, Adam Richman, Anthony Bourdain, Jill Scott, NPH and Natalie Portman.
Natalie came in, used the bathroom, clogged the toilet and rushed out ashamedly without buying anything. NPH refused to actually talk to the workers and instead had his assistant order everything.
Bourdain was a pretentious twat. I don't remember what it was (but considering it was a dessert, I think it was cinnamon), but he said "I taste ingredient X, there's definitely ingredient X in this." There was none of that ingredient in it.
I was actually there when Adam Richman stopped by. He was no different off camera as he is on. He's a goofy, genuinely pleasant guy.

My ex had nothing to say about Jill Scott one way or the other beyond "oh, she was today."

I've met/served: Anna Kendrick, Henry Winkler, Sean Astin, Sarah Chalke, and Dick Van Patten. Sam Elliott apparently came into the store I was working at in Portland, OR, but I wasn't there that day.

One of the Starbucks in LA I worked at was between the Chinese theater and Madame Toussaud's Wax Museum, so we'd often get told there was a famous person getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, or doing a premiere at the theater, or getting a statue at the wax museum, but they never came into the store.
