The only certain difference between them is that a calzone is pressed closed all around while a stromboli is open at the ends, isn't it? Any other factor, whether it should have sauce inside or not, whether it should contain ricotta or not, they're just the idiosyncratic personal definitions of autists with no real consensus behind them, aren't they?

I’ll take Either of the three. I use the America’s test kitchen pizza dough recipe and have enough for breakfast Stromboli the next day. Bonus points for smoked cheese.
