What's the best way to have a good and balanced diet when I am a poorfag and the only cooking device I have is a microwave? Should I eat a lot of raw stuff?

Just about every morning I eat oats with sweetener(sugar, syrup, honey), almond milk and whatever fruit I have.

I'd recommend saving to get an electric burner. they're only about $20 and you'll be able to cook loads more.

Get a decent sized toaster oven and a burner.

Shop daily or at least every other day, at multiple locations, to snag good deals. Look for markdown items that you can eat that night or throw into the freezer.

Try cooking with base ingredients (microwave can cook almost anything, it just won't have the same taste or texture as stovetop/oven), and remember to eat some raw fruit or veggies like tomatoes for vit c. Vitamin c gets destroyed when exposed to high heat.

Vary your ingredients a lot and you really shouldn't have to worry about lacking vitamins. Our body needs very small amounts of vitamins and minerals, and a varied diet should provide it easily.
