being a fatass has very little to do with genetics. that's probably all he ate that day (which isn't very much, about 1500 calories by my estimation).

write down everything you eat for a week, and i mean everything. ill bet you idly snack all dayu long and dont realize it, drink soda/juice/sugar energy drinks, and you are consistently eating over 3k calories/day.

my fault, the banana milkshake puts it at around 2k calories.

i weigh 155 lbs but am gaining and lifting, so i'll eat:

>cliff bar
>2x mandarin oranges
total: ~400 cal

gym, then after gym:

>4x eggs, 2-3T olive oil, (~500cal)
>bagel with cream cheese (~500cal)
>1/2 avocado (~150cal)
>2C whole milk (300cal)

dinner:

>spaghetto w meat sauce and cheese (~600 cal)
>salad (300cal)
>2c whole milk (300 cal)

probably ice cream before bed and a gainer shake (~1000 cal)

so dude that's 4,000 calories with two meals and some snacks, and they aren't even exceptionally large meals. i'd forego the gainer but i forgot to drink mine last night cause i went out drinking heavily the night before so im behind on cals for the week.

you fatfucks EASILY consume 4-5k without even trying. look how many calories im consuming in milk alone, it's super easy to overlook drinking your cals.
