Golden Curry and other japanese curries are really good. A japanese curry is a different beast than Indian or Thai curries, though I'd say it's similar to a very mild indian curry.

Think of japanese curry as more of a very flavorful meat stew.

The lump of curry roux is vital, and SO GOOD.
