I love garlic but if I had to peel all of it I ate by hand I would go mad.

Peeling garlic is a ridiculous waste of time.

It's not so bad if your garlic is good and you don't have a bunch of tiny cloves in the head, but the jarred stuff always has vinegar or citric acid so you don't get botulism which can give things a weird taste. You can buy fresh garlic that's already been peeled though.

Just eat more, embrace the garlic let its sweet musky glory over whelm your all 50 of your intertwined senses. Eat it raw, baked, sauteed, whole, chopped how ever you take it suck it down. Garlic will over take the other common used veg in the world and one day be the only thing we consume. There is nothing that can compare to the joy that I personally get when you eat a garlic lovers pizza with quadruple garlic and just sit there for hours, sweating out the musky glory of the Lord of Lily. The dreams followed by eating its white intoxicating flesh are the most revealing of ones self, it opens up so many doors that once where closed. When you do realize garlic for what it is you care not for the thoughts of others on its mark upon your soul and body. There is no other than garlic. Eat and be garlic.

If you cook with a lot of garlic every day it would just get annoying having to peel it all the time. I love onions but one reason I probably use them more than garlic is because garlic is more of a pain to deal with.
