What are some meals/foods/supplements that will help with depression and anxiety? I've heard magnesium is good for anxiety. I also figure vitamin C supplements would help. Pic is unrelated.

You want magnesium, zinc, b12 and b6. There's a lot to choose from but the ones that fall under all categories are:

Green vegetables
Organ meat/offal
Beef
Salmon
Dark chocolate

B12 is vital for neurological function, a lot more people probably get less than they think. Vitamin D is too and is linked with a lot of general moods. Especially during winter times. Omega 3 intake and ratio with Omega 6 is also vital for neurological functioning. They’re also all crucial for cardiovascular health which can affect the brain and by extension your mood. I’d be cautious of caffeine and other stimulants and recreational drugs in general to, i figure thats a given

Yeah actually but how about just sticking to 2 glasses of beer or wine and NOT binge drinking to the point of lethargy, sickness, and/or addiction. That would actually help.

Nigga make sure you are working out. Like run every day. It's the best thing for how you feel.
