Same stuff you use to clean steel kettles should work fine. Shouldn't even need reseasoning.

Warm it, deglaze with brandy, add a little stock, do not allow to boil, add some cream, mix through. It's a sauce, not gravy, but it will be nice.

Use some salt and a hamburger flipper to clean it out. Takes about 40 minutes but eventually you can get it back to normal

you can't get cast iron as hot as stainless steel, also is that a new cast iron pan? when new they have a texture from the casting process, it takes time for it to wear down and become smooth which helps stuff not stick to it as easy. Mine is smooth as glass but its also 50yo

I cook scrambled eggs in my cast iron and nothing sticks. Literally just wipe it out with a paper towel and done. Learn to care for your tools or just use toxic teflon if you're too retarded.

Soak with some soap, won't hurt the pan in the slightest. The polymerized oil doesn't really care what you try to do to it.

>> No.12067257

>>12064266
Well next time take two eggs, some salt and black pepper add some milk and put it all in a microwaveable bowl.
Chuck that in the microwave for like 30 seconds and then check on it every few seconds and you'll have some better scrambled eggs than that shit.

good for you then, most people couldn't season a skillet to save their life. what brand is it?
just boil water in there anon, if that doesnt help to ease it out then you may have to get steel wool and scrub your asshole off
