The only time I ever use this stuff is when I want to make a Diamondback:

1 1/2 ounces rye whiskey(100 proof)
3/4 ounce applejack or apple brandy(100 proof)
3/4 ounce green or yellow Chartreuse

stir over ice and serve neat.

its gross.

Real strong flavor, even the yellow stuff. You really gotta have it at room temp or you're missing a lot. I like it half and half with water, but it has its cocktail applications

Keep speaking in terms from a lame movie, it wont matter what you get told here, you'll still keep speaking in terms from a lame ass movie that you think iconic. Have fun in life.

If you stir it over ice and strain, that's called up, not neat. Neat is room temperature.

Not everyone hang out in bars or cares about bar lingo. It's better to just be specific with no lingo.

that shit is only 40 or 55% abv, using straight grain alcohol is like 90% abv, the only thing a bit of spinach will do is make it taste worse than it already is and the drinker act like popeye.

But the person I was responding to used a specific term. If they said stirred over ice and strained into a glass I wouldn't have responded about what that's called.

lighter and more flexible absinthe. herby, candy-like, slightly spicy afterfeel. can drink straight. traditionally sipped before a meal.

Yeah ok. Maybe I was just nitpicking a bit.

I give it a 1/10 it was the only bottle that lasted in my collection more than a year. One night I got drunk and then polished off the last half. I let people try it and everyone said it was gross. It tastes like an herb garden with lots of rosemary smells like but with alcohol.
