I dont know, 1/4th cup is a pretty big serving size. I assume stuff has lots of trace calories when the serving size is a teaspoon and you get 500 servings per bottle, but that doesnt apply here

I'm 3/4 to full white, depending on your definition of 'white' and I have no allergies. My half brother, who is half Helvetic and half Danish is white as fuck and has a tonne of allergies. Dairy, mammal meat, nightshades, brassica and nuts. Maybe others, idk. I don't keep track of his pathetic inability to eat whatever he wants.

I think some studies showed that eating peanuts while pregnant also decreases the risk of an allergy.

I played outside a lot as a kid, in the dirt, etc. but I still ended up with allergies when I got older. Although it seemed to only happen after dealing with a lot of stress. I don't think it's a single thing causing allergies.
