There's a baguette in the kitchen. It's just sitting there. I don't even want to get close to it, I know I would eat the whole thing.
what are some healthy alternatives to a baguette. something that is similar: spongy, similar taste, etc. that I can eat safely without putting myself at risk for a binge??

Just go into the kitchen and eat the whole loaf already you fat fucking slob. Or you can be a big boy and only cut yourself off a piece.

once I eat the piece, I'll just want more.
And I'm trying to STAY slim, but it's very hard after I developed binge eating disorder 3 months ago

There aren't many bulky foods that contain a lot of air + carbs. Air popped popcorn is probably your best option at this point. It takes a lot of time to eat 300 calories worth of popcorn once you eliminate the butter.

In theory it's possible to make almost calorie free bread (and lots of other stuff) from cellulose. Because of the "ick sawdust" crowd no one is doing it though.

If you're trying to STAY slim then (re-)learning restraint is a good thing.

Have sunflower seeds or whatever is your local equivalent snack and stick to those instead of having a second/third slice. You probably will overall intake less calories.
