What are some good /fit/ foods to make for a busy college student looking to build muscle on healthy foods? I would like lots of protein and some caution on fats. I really like Asian foods. I've spent some time in Japan and really like their food. It's usually quite healthy except pic related probably lol. I'm concerned about spending too much. I like my food well seasoned and spiced so if any recommendations, please let me know :-)

Japanese curry can be healthy. Just cook an onion, brown a pound of 97/3 ground turkey, throw in some carrots and potatoes, and cook it with half a block of a golden curry box.
