The trick is to not even bother warming it up, just fold in half and eat as is, heating will only make it taste blander.

A lot of the flavor depends on the rub and sauce used on the ribs.

The ribs themselves are usually tender and can be pulled away from the bone easily. The meat is a bit dark and the bone imparts a savory flavor. A common sauce offsets this with a spicy sweet tangy flavor and the charred outsides create a contrasting texture to the meat. I respect OP’s opinion even though he is a faggot, but hot ribs are much more enjoyable than cold.
