1 sausage
2 rashers of back bacon
1 black pudding
1 fried egg
Half a fried tomato
A couple of ounces of mushrooms
Beans

Toast or fried bread of optional but recommended.

It's just a really basic shortcrust pastry, but it's one of my favorite parts of it, if you make the curled handle part thick enough it's a nice solid crust you have left for the last bite. I basically follow this recipe to the t, minus the cornish butter I just use regular butter
