Made some veg gyoza, filling is a mix of cabbage, carrots, scallions, ginger and garlic with a dash of soy sauce. They turned out great and I've frozen two thirds of the filling I made because I can't figure out how to measure cabbage for the life of me.

Honestly i would have cut out the corn as i think it brings down the classiness and i would have cut down the portion sizes. For a classy dinner date the food shouldn't be spilling off the plate nor do you want to put yourself or your date into a food coma. Its about quality and not quantity. Having said that everything looks cooked spot on. I would have trimmed the fat on the steak though so there isn't a bunch of scraps left on the plate. Good cooking is half the battle, plating that food is the other half.
