Laugh my ass off. All it does is create a deeper flavor via the My Yard Reaction. It doesn't lock in the flavor or moisture. That's why you boil it after. The boiling infuses the pasta with the moisture.

After cooking.

They taste a lot like whole grain pasta. But with a stange texture. Some parts are mushy, others are al dente... Nope.

It is not as good as advertised and clearly not worth the effort.
