The one near me make pepperoni pizzas, put them in boxes, and leave them on the counter by the register in a large stack so if you walk in and order a pepperoni pizza they'll just give you one immediately after you pay. I hate it because I have no idea how long it's been sitting there on the counter, but I'm too much of a pussy to say I want a fresh one made out of the oven

I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in saying that I would avoid stores on days of free giveaways. Yeah you get a pizza for free, but imagine the time spent just getting it. Standing in line for 45 minutes to an hour vs going somewhere else and buying one for $10 and waiting 10-15 minutes.

ive had little ceasers quite a few times. i actually ordered one every day for about a week since it was right next to the place i was working. i had them make it fresh, and while it was good for a quick meal and of course cheap it certainly wouldnt be my go to choice for pizza. The dough is pretty flavorless, and the sauce is a bit weak.
The quality of little ceasers has gone down so drastically from the 90s that its almost sad, because they used to actually be good.

The only free giveaways I've gone to are ones that somehow people didn't realize were going on. A few years back a pizza chain here had a promotion where you'd get a free pizza in exchange for a can of spinach. No one really even knew it was happening, and while I was in the store one guy came in to ask about it because he thought he was being rused. As long as it's not some big national presence that plastered advertising everywhere you should be good.

Is Little Caesar the best deal in fast food? Sure, it's not the best quality pizza ever made (namely, I often find myself discarding the crust which I rarely ever do), but it's certainly above frozen pizza in terms of taste, and for the price? Sheeeeiiiiit, a large pizza for five bucks, that's a good deal

I think they deliberately make poor crust to drive people towards paying more for stuffed crusts/crazy bread and all that.
Because that shit is actually good and turns their "meh" pizza into something more acceptable.
