You need to cook picanha longer op, I eat it frequently and it's not like ribeye or fillet, it needs to cook longer to hit med rare. It's hard to overcook actually

I quite like it whole - first fried hard on the fat, then the sides, then into 200g steaks, then on a grill, med rare
