What is your regional breakfast food.
Mine is goetta,it's a breakfast sausage with spices and pin oats. Delicious.

We have scrapple/ponhas here at the farmers market. They sell it in regular grocery stores too but that version isn't as good.

basically fried cornmeal, crumbled and crunchy. can be dressed sweet or savory. i prefer savory -- little bit of melted butter, couple over easy eggs on top.
