I;m from third world country and I have never been to Mcdonalds, usually you only see rich people in there, I'm planing to go tomorrow during a visit to the city and I don't know how Mcdonalds work.
can I get some tips on how not to look like a total retard? how do I order, what to get and I'm allowed to eat inside McD?

You order by walking up to the counter and telling them what you want, paying them, then sitting down somewhere and waiting to be called for your food. If there is a line formed do not get in it until you know what you want as to not annoy the people behind you. In concerns of what to order, I'd recommend something iconic like the big Mac or a quarter pounder with cheese, make sure you get a combo so you can get fries and a drink and if you want get an order of nuggets on the side :))) Depending on how much food you're willing to eat perhaps get an ice cream cone for dessert but unless you're a fatass or haven't eaten all day a big Mac meal should more than suffice. Good luck, McDonald's is pretty okay.
