I tried the chicken enchilada one once and it sucked because the chicken was stale.

Why is their shredded chicken so hit or miss? When it's good, it's amazing. When it's stale, it's borderline inedible.

Once in a while I'll splurge and get a chalupa, crunchwrap or Mexican pizza if I'm in the mood for something different. But the dollar menu and promos are based. Can't go wrong with some tacos either. I like to get chicken tacos, ask them to swap out the shredded chicken for the grilled, and get it fresco style.

They have an item called the "baked potato loaded griller" or some shit that seems like the same ingredients but without beef. You can order that griller and tell them to add beef. The grillers are already expensive and small even without additions though.
