For me, it's the Applebees boneless buffalo tendies. The best fast food chicken. I even ask for extra ramicans of ranch sauce and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for another ramican of ranch sauce and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly Applebees worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three ranches. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local Applebees restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large glass of Diet Coke (mom said regular is bad for my diabetes), 1-2 times for tendies on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in ranch sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

I think it's more to do with management trying to discourage the staff from trying to get more food for themselves. It's a big problem in buffets, because the kitchen will often cook up a lot of food near closing time when everyone's already eaten, then take it all back for themselves as 'wasted food'.
