Duck and goose are both 10/10 birds.
We eat chicken for the price and convenience. And I guess maybe also because it's less fatty and people don't know what they're missing.

Last I went camping I shot some quail and they were amazing.
Even better were the 3/10 sausages we cooked in the quail fat became 8.5/10 instantly

I honestly think tuna has a better taste. It’s fresh, low fat and is good for the body. Less bones and the bones present are really soft. You can add it to sushi. Take that chicken, eat it raw, find it in nearly any part of the world.
Other than mercurial poisoning it’s a e fine.
