My point is you have to be relatively wealthy to consider McDonald's low quality. Wealthy liberals often have little idea of how wealthy they are on a relative scale. The dollar menu is pretty cheap but I don't think most people who were truly poor could afford the rest of the menu.

From what I've seen of the US, the average American would consider McDonalds average quality. Not something they'd consider bad or low quality, but not something they would consider as a treat for special occasions.
