ok so here's my nightmare pasta. it's an idea i've had for a while. i call it Fettuccine alla Nero. It has: black chicken, black garlic, squid ink pasta, and that's all i've really thought of. i thought of maybe a squid ink sauce but i don't think that sounds appetizing. what do you guys think? also are there any black cheeses from like a weird fermentation thing?
