I need a good hot sauce that isn't
A. face rape demon cum, disguised as a sauce
or
B. meme sauce with ingredients like hucklberry or pineapple

Just need a good sauce that's flavorful with a decent amount of heat.

My tier list:
>S tier: reserved for hot sauces that bring the heat, have their own distinguishable flavor, and can be applied to a multitude of foods.
For me its Louisiana hot sauce. Smokey, hot without needing to dump the whole thing on, and gets the job done in a way that makes you crave more.

>A tier: Reserved for sauces that have aomw flaws, but are still either generally good, or completely satisfy a niche
Texas Pete for eggs and other breakfast items handsdown. Its sooo good for breakfast shit.
Also, Franks is always not bad. I was biased as a kid cause my name’s frank, so i’ve been using it for the while. Better then decent I’d say, great for homemade wings.

B tier: Flaws are more obvious then before, and only succeed in niche dishes or cravings
Tobasco. Its not the worst, i like it with mexican, but its so watered and vinegar esque. Not the best.

C tier: Relatively outclassed, not likely to be better than other sauces, but can still be okay nontheles.
That mexican one you posted with the C. I was just never a fan.

Two suggestions. Try Crystal (brand) or Louisiana hot sauce (style). It's a watery, vinegar based sauce and works great with anything. Good tangy taste, mild heat.

Consider making your own. It's very easy. Here is my recipe. 2 cups of buffalo wing sauce, 1 Roma tomato, 4-8 whole habaneros, a few dashes of Crystal sauce, a few slices of yellow onion, blend it all up in a blender and cook for a few minutes then store in a bottle.

I always look at these threads wondering what all these exotic sauces taste like, as they don't have most of them on our side of the ocean. Forget it if they're vinegar based like Tabasco though. I always imagined these sauces to be more on the sweeter side.

Ironically pick anything from the hot ones lineups.
Ive gone through most of their choices and with the exception of pain 100 (tastes like vinegar and nothing else) theyve all been super solid.

High River Hellacious has been my favorite, though its not that hot.

Because people buy various brands at the supermarket and thats what they have to talk about. Even el yucateco is unpalatable to lots of people because its such a sudden jump in spice compared to valentina

God tier, Southern style, made with molasses for a sweet heat. I'm not a fan of vinegar-ey sauces, this fits the bill.
