Our National culinary institute actually released a book series by a chef named Roman Vanek, and their soup section have completely changed the way I cook meals - everything is from fresh and affordable ingredients, it is easy and from local stuff.
Thanks to that I threw out everything artificial, I learned to use spices, and I grow my own herbs AND I now even make a loads of meals without meat.
