What do you put in your milk?

Turmeric? Sugar? Celery infused with some garlic and red chillies broth?

I actually cured my lactose intolerance with a nice diet full of veggies and Whole grains and by reintroducing milk slowly. Having a good gut flora will make wonders for your digestion

Milk makes your blood more acidic and your body will pull calcium FROM your bones to balance your blood pH

>Milk makes your blood more acidic
Milk has a practically neutral pH. Fruit juice, soda, tea, coffee pretty much every beverage you can think of besides water is very acidic.
