For me its fresh pan, membrillo, and tetilla with cafe de leche.

Santiago de Compostela was dope. The historic family run hotel we stayed a 5 minute walk from the cathedral square was inexpensive and charming. A beautiful wooden bar downstairs where breakfast was served by the owner, an older lady with a thick local dialect who was nonetheless the picture of hospitality and made sure to go over the city map with my wife and I and show us the best routes and where great spots to eat could be found. My most memorable stay in Spain. I felt like I stumbled into a Rick Steve's episode.
