Hey co/ck/ what's the best healthy fruit that isn't some rare Amazonian only sold in peru.

I've heard mangos have lots of antibiotics and vitamins, so they're good if you are really sick.

They’re all good for you in different ways. I like mangos a lot but they’re expensive and somewhat a pain in the ass compared to say a banana which is dirt cheap and has its own convenient wrapper.

I’ve been trying to eat less of fruits like mango and banana since I saw the amount of sugar they have in them relative to other fruits, say strawberries and blueberries. I know that fructose isn’t unhealthy in the same way that refined sugar is, and that digestion of it is slowed down by the fiber in fruit, but is this a good idea? It helps that I prefer berries, but I’m not sure if I’m being crazy or not in avoiding high sugar fruits.
