Sup /ck/, the retards I’m living with complain that I make meat-based diches every day. It’s not my fault my stomach still feels empty when eating something vegetarian.

Given my iron levels are sky-high and my dad got colon cancer a few years back, I might give some vegetarian dishes a try if you can come up with decent dishes.

REALLY THINK YOUR OPINION ON MEAT EATING HAS ANY SORT OF IMPACT ON ME? IT DOESN'T FUCKING AFFECT ME AT ALL. I'M SHAKING WITH FUCKING ANGER AT YOU VEGAN PIECE OF SHIT.

Rice is a good starter. Fried rice with some basic veggies can be very filling, or you can go with the classic poor mexican dish of some basic refried beans and rice. To be honest, homemade refried beans and grits is probably one of my favorite breakfast meals, although I use lard for my beans so idk if that counts as vegetarian.

Add avocados into salads for extra calories. Nut butters and bananas are good for snacking, in fact most homemade trail mixes are good and filling. Most store bought trail mixes are mostly sugar calories so avoid.

Clementines are really great to just have around. If you start craving some food or sugar they're easy to peel, delicious, portable, and have a little bit of nutrition to them.

idk nigger just fucking stop being fat. it's not that hard.

Stop. If you went full carnivore you'd be a pussy-getting alpha badass like me. I routinely grill steaks while my roommate sleeps after midnight while my bitches are over. They get loud when I bring out the meat. My roommate knows not to complain about it. He can move out of my apartment if it's that big of a deal. He's lucky I permit him to work his pizza hut call-center job until 4am while I'm busy fuckin'.

My father has this because of blood transfusions and it's really fucking unhealthy, it fucks up every part of your body and your brain doubly so. So unless you want to enjoy Alzheimer/Parkinson at an early age, eating vegetarian most of the week would be good for you (eggs and dairy are fine, but skip the fish). Also try eating purple stuff, blueberries, purple sweet potato etc (for the anthocyanin).

Show me a single epidemiological study where increased red meat intake in relatively healthy people didn't increase colon cancer.

Or is there some non-linear effect where the evil carbs corrupt the blessed meat, but if they are reduced enough the meat can finally regain its holiness and become beneficial in increasing amounts?

When I do shit it takes less than one minute. Because meat mostly gets absorbed before reaching the colon, a couple days worth accumulates before evacuating. If I really wanted to shit that badly I could drink rendered fat. It's nice not ever thinking about poop or farting in public. I'll never have a toilet trouble emergency again. I'm not even finished adapting yet either. It's only going to get MORE efficient. Go read a synopsis of "The Fiber Menace" and reevaluate your position.

>even using the word be-LIE-ve in your vocabulary
Cmon, son. You either know or you don't. I'm more akin to a wolf than sheeple like you. Do you think a tiger is going to need a peer-reviewed study to give the go-ahead before killing and eating its prey? Didn't think so. I'm a fuckin' manimal. As an ex-vegan who doesn't particularly enjoy eating and shitting all day every day I'd rather live this way even if it did inevitably give me colon cancer because I feel better and it's easy as fuck. I'd be locked in a facility somewhere if I ate sugar. This twelve cylinder brain takes premium fuel only. Garbohydrates neuter my brain function. There are exactly 0 ZC veterans that have succumbed to colon cancer. One of the admins of a group I frequent has been 39 for over a decade. Anecdotes and transformations from various ZC groups were more than enough to convince me. Keep holding out for a study. When brainwashed medfags hear my tunes playing on the radio and wake the fuck up, they can invite me and my alpha pack of carnivore dawgs to study the effects of zero carb metabolism. I'll keep you posted. Until then, just fuck off dude. Nobody needs death or illness wished upon them. Here I am trying to spread the truth, spread awareness, spread healing, and spread love, and you're just shitting all over it. What even motivates you? I hope you're not doing this for free...

1.) The Poo in the Loo: Make your own chapatis (which is a pretentious way of saying flat bread: two parts flour, one part water; pinch of salt if you like; bit of olive oil if you want to keep them for a few days; slowly mix to create dough; form balls and let sit for five to ten minutes; form thin disks; put disks in hot pan without oil; turn once they get brown spot).

Fill them with lentils and/or kidney beans, and add any vegetables you like. You can also add poached eggs, or fill your chapatis with fruit (persimmon, banana, apple, whatever) instead for a nice dessert.

2.) The I'm too Lazy to Cook: Wash a sweet potato. (optional: use a fork and apply it with great dexterity so that the surface will be covered by tiny holes, each a not deeper than about half a centimetre).
Put in oven at 250 °C for about thirty to 60 minutes, depending on size. You don't need oil, it won't contribute to the taste and will make you even fatter.
For the last ten minutes or so, add a few whole unpeeled gloves of garlic to roast them. When done, take the sweet potato, remove skin, and eat with the roasted garlic paste you just squeezed out of the unpeeled garlic cloves.

3.) The Failed Weeb Pot:: Grate Kohlrabi. Steam Broccoli. Steam Rice. Steam or stir fry any other vegetables you like. I like onions.
Then soak tofu in a bit of soy sauce and lemon juice. Bake tofu, or stir fry, depending on your taste. When done, mix everything and eat.

Or contrive your own stupid dish and call it stupid names. Vegetarian cooking should be modular if you're not some sort of haute cuisine snob. You could eat rice with baked sweet potato. Or put grated Kohlrabi in a pan with some scrambled eggs. Which you could eat over lentils or rice or beans or couscous or millet or potatoes or pasta or: anything.
Non pretentious day to day vegetarian cooking is fucking easy once you get the hang of it.

When I'm feeling particularly lazy I tend to cycle between curry, chili, and asian stir-fry shit. I make a big batch then repurpose it throughout the week. The chili in particular can easily be made into a tomato sauce.

Basically it's beans and veggies spiced in different ways and paired with a side to make it a complete protein, it's lazy as shit but it works, and the flavour rotation keeps me from getting bored eating the same rainbow of cheap vegetables that my poorfag ass can buy
