Made just a regular ol' dinner, nothing too fancy. Got a nice Butterball, brined overnight, cooked in the oven. Home made mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet potato casserole. Then for dessert, a home made pumpkin pie and creme brulee. Oh and a 12 pack of beer. I have almost no leftovers once the family stopped eating. Another successful Thanksgiving if I do say so myself.
