I live near a section 8 apartment project, I'm not lying they're apartments are nicer than my house yet those apartments are income controlled. Meaning the government offsets the cost of the building for you. Expect the only people who are allowed in these buildings have to make less than 25,000$ a month. The rent is also based on your income so you could be paying 950 a month while your next door neighbor only pays 420 a month. So what's the point of being successful and rich is your neighbor gets the same house and amenities for hundreds of dollars less a month, including your neighbors who don't have a job and sustain themselves purely on welfare. Not all blacks are niggers, I know some well-to-do blacks who have money and success, but every nigger I know is black so maybe stop being that way? Maybe cops wouldn't kill you if you listened to what they said and didn't commit crimes. There is no systemic racism when the blacks commit like 60% of all heinous crimes.
