My point is, perspective matters. Some people, even people who love burgers, wouldn't touch that with a 10 ft pole.

I like fancy food, but me personally? That thing's got too much shit going on. The lobster would have to go, and the bbq sauce alone could make or break that thing for a lot of people, myself included, because bbq sauce preference is incredibly subjective

While that may be true just throwing a bunch of expensive ingredients on top of a burger and trying to tie the mishmash of flavors together with fucking BBQ sauce is fucking stupid. It's a waste of otherwise good ingredients that could have been shown off much better in three or four courses more simply prepared. The "more is better" aesthetic is really more teenage than adult.
