Unless you've worked in the industry it's a terrible idea. Maybe if you have some amazing family recipe you think the world needs to experience and you find a partner who knows the industry it could work out, but food trucks are a pretty shitty business if you don't know what you're doing and do a bunch of social media crap so people actually know where to find you. The only real plus is that you're your own boss, but it takes a lot more work than it seems and most people would find if a nightmare.
