1 1/3 cup fluor, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt. mix together in bowl.

melt 1 cup butter in a frying pan, take off heat and mix in 1 cup of cocoa. blend in 2 cups sugar, 4 eggs and 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract in bowl.

mix wet ingredients with dry if you used 2 bowls in above steps, with possible cup of chopped nuts. pour into greased 3.5 L baking rectangular or square baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes. remove from oven and allow to cool before cutting.

Not the person you asked but this is the best brownie recipe I've ever used. I don't like cake brownies and this makes perfect dense fudge brownies. You can use whatever brand of ingredients you have, they don't have to be "Great Value" brand, but reduce the sugar to 1 cup or they're a little too sweet.

No problem! Just to make sure, reduce the sugar TO 1 cup, not BY 1 cup. So instead of using the 1 and 1/4 cup the recipe calls for, just use 1 cup.

I find that removing 25% of the sugar from most recipes leaves them still sweet without affecting anything else like the texture, so I pretty much do that all the time. Works better than doing it by a set amount like 1/2 cup because some recipes like for shortbread usually only have 1/4 or 1/2 cup of sugar.
