I have three chicken breasts sitting in my fridge, what should I make with them?
I've made chicken piccata the last few times I've had chicken but I'm bored of it.

OP just eat em' as is for that maximum brotein. Row in some veggies and taters and you're well on your whey to makin' it.

Or, you know, stuff em. Dice em up or turn em into strips and start on ideas from there. Breaded strips would be nice for some panko dish I bet. Perhaps kebabs. You like kebabs?

You're asking such a fucking vague question.
what the hell do you do with chicken other than cook it?
You might as well rephrase the question and ask what goes best with chicken breast.

Chicken francaise
Chicken Marsala
These are what breasts were meant to become.

Chicken parmesan, or parmesan crusted chicken. Both require you pounding the chicken out a little so it cooks properly.

chicken stock, white wine (not cooking wine), creme fraiche, capers
add 1.5-2.0 cups of of chicken stock, add half the amount of that of white wine, reduce for 15~20 minutes, stir in half cup creme fraiche until thickened, turn off heat, take off burner, put in capers
but my mom likes extra "juice" so I double/triple the recipe so she has extra for lunch the next day
