Buffet. Everyone can choose their own meal and can eat as little or as much as they want.

Try to angle for something expense, if it's on the boss's dime. If you live in a city, I would recommend seeing if you have a Brazilian BBQ type of buffet around. Meat on swords and usually high quality salad buffet.
