Congratulations, you have bought a food truck!

Now what's on your menu and what type of customer base do you want to target?

Hamburgers, hotdogs and Burritos. If I have some room left over I'd sell some cold ham, turkey and cheese sandwiches. Of course cold sodas, I'd have Coke, Sprite, Mountain Dew, Jarritos Orange Soda, Bottled Water and Brisk Iced Tea.

Your buisness will fail. Here's why...

While that's a lot safer than going to the fucking ghetto, it's not a good idea. Trailer park people get EBT, but they still work. All of them strange hours though. First thing on their mind when they wake up is getting to where they need to be. It'll be to their shit job or the methadone clinic. They don't have time to stop by and buy your shit sandwiches, they have to get gas in their cars so they can just buy a sandwich there. Plus, they wake up at the last second because they're hungover, so you can get a bite to eat and gas at 7-11 or wherever. There's not going to be a huge crowd and you'll have to hang around all fucking day to make money.

Your best bet is to find out where they work. If you can keep some third shift hours and roll up to their parking lot ready to sell some food during their lunch break you can make some bank. Forget the EBT shit, just accept cards. Better yet, find a military base. They allow food trucks to come on base. You can make some serious fucking cash, especially on a Naval base. You could get a fleet of trucks for young new sailors that still live on the ship and are tired of ship food. Fucking $7 burritos, they would pay for it. They don't have a car, a place to live, they rely on Navy cooks to cook shit food. They have a shit ton of money though, money that you could make selling food.

Crepes ofc

>> No.11323019

>>11323000
I'll expand on that. I was in the Navy, and in my first few years I was making money but lived on the ship. A junior sailor. I wasn't paying rent, I didn't have kids, and no fucking major bills. The military is constantly bringing in guys like that. Fresh out of high school dudes with a place to stay and money in their bank accounts. I don't know how the Army or anything else works, but new guys have to pretty much live in shit conditions.

So food truck rolls up, you have young guys with lots of money eating shitty food. When I was first in, I would have paid like $15 for a fucking burrito. Like I said, I don't have bills to pay like that and I'm tired of eating badly made rice and burnt chicken tenders.

>> No.11323020

>>11323000
You dont know anything about food trucks or people on ebt. Most dont work they just live with some one who does and 7 dollars for a burrito at a food truck is almost mexican prices.
Ebt would proably work those same people go get papamurphys pizza its how it stays in buisness.
My local big buisnesss have food trucks that rotate boeing amazon and microsoft they charge thpse guys 10-20 bucks for food truck food and the lines are to long to even enjoy it durring lunch.

I'm not sure if I'm talking to a different person or if we're arguing right now.

I live in bum-fuck Pennsylvania. The junkies we have are trailer park people. Nothing against trailer park people in general, but around here they are most likely crackheads or do heroin. They're harmless though, I did live with my mom in the city, and that was some rough fucking shit. But I moved out with my dad in the country and everyone has some sort of back problem and getting disability and foodstamps, and their cousin had the same problem. Both cheat the system, just one place was safer to live.

I'd like to try out a really high end menu. One main course item and a very very simple appy so I can focus more kitchen space and prep to the main. Ideally serving to an upscale clientele on the move, but realistically serving to hipsters who love the ironic hook.

Probably wouldn't be viable but as long as we are talking hypothetically

Literally anything else, pork, seafood (real and imitatiion) beef, kangaroo. The possibility is end, ess.

I'd also sell beer for a "just got off work" special

I'd also offer cold sandwiches as well as the option to special order stuff in advanced like if your work want lasagna boom I got lasagna.

On off days I'd go into the city and sell everything an egg can make. Including the Egg Fort special and Omelet on a stick

live in a city with a huge slav population. we have virtually no slav restos at all.

Most slav food is too labour intensive. Tons of hand rolled or hand stuffed shit.
And any ethnic slav will just compare it to what babushkas food tastes like, and you will NEVER be able to beat someones babuska
