It's pretty good, for a juice. I'd much rather have the whole tomato. With ubiquitous high speed blenders, there's really no good raisin to remove any of the tomato fruit. How is the commercial stuff prepared? The book that came with my blender has a recipe for tomato soup, with no additional water because tomatoes are already so watery, and there's tofu in it because it would be too watery otherwise.
