Mexican vs Indian vs Chinese food

Which do you think is the best? Only referring to authentic dishes from these cuisines, by the way. So Taco Bell tier shit is not Mexican and Americanizes Chinese takeout is not Chinese, for instance.

Pic related is Mexican (chicken in mole blanco)

Indian food

>> No.11283936

I really love Indian food, but good Szechuan food is hard to pass up. I live in Virginia and am blessed with Peter Chang. I’ve never had “authentic” Mexican food except for like tacos at a taqueria I guess so idk.

Are there no sit down Mexican spots where you live?

Of course there are, but it’s Americanized. Most authentic I’ve seen is a 24 hour taqueria type place that I’ve literslky never seen a white person in and have had to use google translate to ask for ice.

Depends if we're talking about real Chinese food or American "Chinese" food, I'd say American "Chinese" food is the best out of the three, but if we're talking real Chinese food I'd go with Mexican.

have you even had real Mexican?

Probably nobody posting on this thread has tried enough food on the country of origin to have a valid opinion, but to me:

Indian > Japanese > Italian = Spanish > Chinese > Mexican

I doubt the average European has even tried Mexican food

>> No.11284584

I haven't had much real Chinese.

I love both Indian and Mexican, but I think the latter is something I would want more often, the former is too rich to eat every day for me.
