Are these things legit or am i paying 10 dollars for a 3 dollar walmart health meal to get shipped to me?

I can get cheap healthy lunch easy but i still struggle finding something quick and healthy to eat for dinner. And i really only have access to a microwave and fridge, so i cant cook. I'm fine with paying 10 bucks for dinner if it's quality and healthy.
