If I'm eating fast food, it's gonna be a (decent) burger. None of this "tricking myself into thinking it's at all healthier just because it's slightly higher-quality chicken" business for me. No one thinks KFC is healthy, and Chick-fil-A's only trick in the bag is to use presentation to make it seem healthier. I don't much care for deep fried chicken anyway. It's a waste of time. Eat non-deep fried chicken if you want to be healthy, or go balls out. Anything in between and you're fooling yourself.
