garlic sauce or tzatziki
tomatoes

>tomatoes
>tzatsziki
Good advice, anything else?

>> No.11197752

Use a pitta bread to put it in,
>Slather the bread with a dollop of taztiki
>put vegetables in
>then the meat in
> some fries/chips (if you are English)
> (Optional) lemon juice)
Essentially a gyro with lamb.

I don't have an oven, but I might be able to do something with a few baked potato slices

To make fries you can just use a pot and fill it with oil (I use vegetable), heat up the oil and throw the chopped potatoes in, can be any shape

hmm I don't have a pot, I only have this. Plus I don't think it's very healthy to do that, since the oil could become saturized or something.

flatbread is easy. Makes 3-4 large flatbreads. Scale up if you want more

>mix 100ml warm water with 1/4 tsp dry yeast
>sift 140g flour into another bowl and add 1/4 tsp salt
>stir yeast water again
>add slowly to the flour, mixing it with your hands
>add 1TBSP olive oil and mix in
>add more flour if it's too dry, should be quite wet though
>leave for 30 mins to proof (not even necessary)

>flour your hands and a board and roll them them out, as thin as you can get them without holes
>fry in a pan with a little oil until they bubble, then flip and do the other side
>keep warm with a towel over them

>fill with delicious things and roll them up

basic vinegar slaw

>slice green/ red/ both cabbage as thin as you can
>wash
>salt it quite liberally, mix salt through (to draw out moisture and tenderise it). leave it for 15 mins, preferably in a collander
>dry it in a salad spinner or some paper towels or wring the water out with your hands
>microplane/ grate a carrot if you have it, mix with cabbage
>shake 1-1 olive oil & apple cider/other vinegar & 1-2tsp sugar, and some pepper in a jar
>dress
>leave for a bit before serving

Oops, i use corn oil ,not vegetable, mb. And it works for, i have used the oil for a long time, without changing it very often. The food also tastes alright. I am not too sure if your pic related would work, maybe cut thin potato slices and fry them and that might work, never tried it though.
